The Playbook mobile app for iOS and Android is a companion to the web and desktop apps: edit and organize at your desk, then review and capture on the go. Anything you do on mobile syncs instantly across all your devices, so feedback and quick uploads never have to wait until you are back at a computer.

Get the app

Install Playbook from the iOS App Store or Google Play, then sign in with your account (or create one right from the app). Your boards and assets are there waiting.

Review and give feedback

Browse your boards to view images, videos, PDFs, and more, then leave comments and reactions to give feedback from anywhere. Changes reflect immediately across every device, so your team sees them right away.

Capture straight from your camera

Use camera upload to add photos and video to a board directly from your phone, perfect for grabbing something in the field and dropping it into the right board without waiting to get back to your desk.

Good to know

  • The mobile app is a review-and-capture companion, not a full editor. Heavy organizing and editing still live on web and desktop.
  • Mobile sync is available on Pro and up (the pricing page groups "Desktop & mobile sync apps" together). See the pricing page for details.
  • Pair it with the desktop app to keep your whole library in sync across desktop, mobile, and web.
